Sales Conditions

Ordering Online Specials

Ordering from us is easy using our online service. Simply select the item you wish to purchase from our online range/specials and email us with your name, address and number of items required. We will calculate the total cost including GST and shipping charges, shipping is by registered mail giving you total security and piece of mind. Paying by credit card is easy, we email you a Paypal invoice and once your payment is confirmed we then ship your item and email you a confirmation of shipping. Hassle free without having to leave your home. We also ship via COD where you simply pay for and pick up your goods from the post office or you can pay via direct deposit

We endeavour to keep the web site up to date at all times. However, due to the high demand some items, may not be on the shelf. We can place them on 'back order' for you. We also accept pre orders for new, not yet available items or high demand items. We cannot however, guarantee specific availability of goods everyday.

Fees

All Paypal Credit Card payments incur a 4% levy on the total (including postage). Unfortunately Paypal applies this charge to all transactions.

Returns & Refunds Policy

SJ Performance wants you, our customer, to be completely satisfied whenever you make a purchase from us. We aim to offer the best and fastest service possible and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days along with the receipt and reason for return, unused and in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging and we will at our discretion repair, exchange or offer a full refund. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties.

Goods for return MUST be prepaid: Return shipping address as per sales invoice please contact us if you are unsure or have any questions. SJ Performance will pay the postage back to the customer.
